“Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.” — H. Jackson Brown, Jr.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, I have some unfortunate news to convey. And no, it does not concern the vampiric actors whose breakup is sucking up too much attention.
I will be limiting these blogs to once a week posts. Instead of every Wednesday and Saturday, I will now only be posting on Wednesdays.
Gasp! Consarnit! How could you do this?!
I know, I’ve considered all the make-believe outrages that could be going through your head, but these seemed like the most likely candidates.
On the bright side, however, this drop in posting frequency should free some of the traffic coming to this blog, so instead of the standard 12 views per day, I imagine I’ll be hovering in the single digit area. With that said, the web page should load much faster now that it’s not bogged down with by all of the rabid fans.
Now, I know what you’re wondering: why am I even still reading this blog? Well, let’s ignore that question for the time being and focus on another one: why is he doing this?
As I enjoy unemployment and living at home, I have furiously been working on writing and submitting (well my mom does the submitting) short stories, trying to exercise, looking and applying for jobs, studying for the GRE, and at late night, been playing video games. With all that said, I don’t want to spend the laborious sixty-seven hours per blog (okay, that’s a lie) twice a week.
However, don’t think that I’ve given up completely! I’ve only given up a little bit!
But later on, do not worry, I’m sure I will return to the blogging schedule you’re familiar with, and all you little nuts can go on back to being excited on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
Until then, you’ll just have to stick with what it is. Or try to find another blog that’s as clever, entertaining, and enlightening as mine. It’s not like there’s a lot out there.
